Services and pricing

Flat-Rate Fees - Not By the Hour

My virtual bookkeeping fees are based primarily on the number of bank and credit card accounts and the average number of monthly transactions your business has. Each business is unique, so I can’t give you a quote without first taking a look at where your books are currently.

With my flat-rate pricing, there won’t be any surprises on your bill. I don’t believe in charging by the hour and instead focus on value-adding. This means that I focus on providing you with a top-notch end product instead of counting the minutes it takes to complete a task.

I won’t charge you every time you contact me and you’ll always know what your bookkeeping bill is before the month begins.

Monthly vs Quarterly

The only difference between my monthly and quarterly packages is how frequently you receive financial statements. With less-frequent financial statements, quarterly packages come with a slightly smaller price tag.

One-Time Clean-up/Catch-Up Fee

If you have not done any bookkeeping for some time, or if there has been work done but it needs to be re-done there will also be a one-time catch-up or clean-up fee.

This fee also includes connecting all of the bank and credit card accounts to the bank feeds, setting up the chart of accounts, and creating the monthly financial reports I will be sending.

With your bookkeeping all caught up and clean, you can breathe a sigh of relief and get back to the parts of your business that you love!

No Long Term Contracts

LeGrand Bookkeeping services are on a month-to-month basis meaning there are no long-term contracts. I’m confident that you’ll love the value I provide and want to build a lasting relationship.

What's next?

Interested in getting started? Here are the next steps:

First - Schedule your free consultation with me

Don't worry, this is a no-pressure conversation; not a hard-sell.

There are a few ways to get in touch. Simply click on one of the buttons below to call or text, schedule directly on my calendar, or email me.

Second - The consultation

Our consultation will be done via phone call and generally lasts about 30 minutes.

What we'll talk about:

  • where your business is at

  • where you want to be

  • fears

  • dreams

  • what you're not enjoying

I want to get to know you & your business as well as see if we'll be a good fit to work together!

Third - The proposal

If we both decide we'd like to move forward with a proposal, I'll need view-only access to your current cloud accounting software as well as some other documents.

Once I see where your books are at currently, I'll send you over a proposal outlining the services I'd be performing and your unique quote.

Finally - Onboarding

If you're satisfied with the proposal, you'll sign an engagement letter, pay, and I'm off to work!

I know it sounds like a lot of steps, but it's important to get started on the right foot for what I hope will be a long-term relationship!
